There is a great book called ‘The Pumpkin Plan’ and it talks about to grow a prize winning “A” grade pumpkin you need to weed out the smaller B, C & D size pumpkins. Well the same is true for your referral partners. You need to spend more time with the A partners and start weeding out your C & D partners. The reason most people don’t get enough referrals from their partners is that they are not spending enough time doing the right activities with these partners.
