With my coaching and training programs I help business owners develop clear lines of communication with their staff, create a strong, cohesive team and increase efficiency, productivity and goals achievement while keeping true to the vision and mission of the business.

I have over sixteen years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, personal and business coach and have a degree in Sports Science. I am a certified Trainer in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis and DISC Behaviour Style. My degree in sports science and an understanding of the workings of the mind has given me a strong foundation on which to build a wildly successful business training model.

I believe there are three elements to success in any endeavour:

Create an action plan and follow through with it
